The theme for Fortnite, Season 3, Chapter 2, focused on the conflict between two in-game factions, culminating in the season finale event. During the event, players help to take down The Collider; an Imagined Order device capable of great destructive power.
For the season, I was tasked building the Collider itself. This included modeling, texturing, setting the asset up for in-world FX, as well as supporting cinematic versions of this for various marketing and gameplay captures. As a large part of the Season ending event, I worked closely with the Events team to collaborate on shared assets, and helped to prescribe the structural lookset for other Artists.
I also oversaw creation of several IO Towers throughout the map.
